Cancellations / Refunds

Please be advised that once orders are placed we can only offer refunds if refund is requested 7 or more days before order must be picked up. 

NO REFUNDS will be offered on special orders placed directly with the bakery. 

We will gladly offer a credit or date change for orders placed through the website. Requests must be made more than 3 business days (Mon-Sat) before order pickup date.

  • We will only accommodate a date change once for a specific order.
